Wood Bowls - Not to metal-metal contact ever again!

Where are you serving your organic and high vibe food? One thing I tell my clients is never mix metal with metal. Metal bowls with forks or metal spoons is a NO-NO. We spend so much money trying to detox and we simply mess it up in the kitchen. Also, don’t eat stuff out of a plastic container!

I chose to use wood. Not all wood dishes are safe though. Actually, most are not. Most wood dishes on the market are stained with chemicals and then sealed with chemicals. Just google unstained and unsealed wood dishes.

Wood is naturally permeable because of its porous surface. The pores create microscopic tunnels for bacteria to move from the surface down into the grain of wood plates. Make sure your wood is NOT stained so is good for food consumption. They also have to be re-sealed about every 5-6 months if you use them on a daily basis. I like a beeswax and olive oil sealant!

I love my Teakwood Bowls from Thailand so much!!
